Our Wills are created via a question and answer basis and derived from templates. The templates have all been written by lawyers to be legally valid.
"What limitations exist?..."
BestValueWills are valid in all states - except Louisiana (sorry). If you are not resident in the USA BestValueWills are not suitable for you. In addition if you own property in another country you would also have to make a Will in that country.

When you create your Will we will supply you with a code that will allow you to update your Will as often as you like in a one month period. After that you can use the code to update your Will at a discounted price. The code is valid for a Will made in the same name as the original Will.
